At the same time, improving your physical health can also benefit your mental health, and vice versa. It is important to make healthy choices for both your physical and mental well-being.
It's recommended that you receive regular health screening tests. If you're unsure of how often you should be requesting these tests, here's a simple guide created by the USCF Women's Health Clinical Research Center. Keep in mind that these recommendations assume no risk factors or prior abnormal screening test results. If you feel you are at high risk for any of these diseases, you may have to be screened more often. |
